Abstract
Pertumbuhan usaha kecil yang dirintis oleh anak muda saat ini cukup besar. Namun kemampuan bertahan usaha kecil tersebut masih sangat kecil bila dibandingkan dengan pertumbuhan yang baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh innovation, entrepreneurial desirability, entrepreneurial feasibility, terhadap entrepreneurial intention. Sampel penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Pelita Harpan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 200 yang diolah dengan Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara innovation terhadap entrepreneurial desirability, kemudian hasil berikut nya terdapat hubungan antara innovation terhadap entrepreneurial feasibility, dan juga didapat adanya hubungan antara entrepreneurial desirability terhadap entrepreneurial intention, dan juga terdapat hubungan antara entrepreneurial feasibility terhadap entrepreneurial intention. Penelitian ini secara signifikan berkontribusi untuk meningkatkan Entrepreneurial Intention.
