Abstract

Highlight Wedding Organizer adalah suatu organisasi yang melayani permasalahan pada pernikahan yang terdiri dari dokumentasi, dekorasi, tata rias, catering, hingga bekerja sama dengan berbagai hotel yang ada di Jabodetabek. Sebelum adanya pengembangan sistem, Highlight Wedding Organizer masih menggunakan chat untuk proses pemesanan serta memberikan info secara detail mengenai paket yang tersedia yang membuat potensi human error yang besar, terkadang keinginan customer atau klien tidak bisa dipahami dengan jelas oleh admin Highlight Wedding Organizer. Hal tersebut membuat banyak percakapan yang membuang waktu. Highlight Wedding Organizer membutuhkan aplikasi yang bisa membantu para admin agar kinerja admin menjadi efisien dan mempermudah proses pemesanan oleh kustomer. Pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan metodologi pengembangan sistem Rapid Application Developmet (RAD) dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Aplikasi ini menggunakan pemodelan fungsional yang berupa Use Case Diagram dan Activity Diagram. Tujuan dari perancangan sebuah aplikasi ini untuk lebih mempermudah dalam pemesanan sebuah acara pernikahan dan lebih bisa mengatur budget yang harus di keluarkan untuk pernikahan. Pengantin tidak perlu memikirkan pernikahannya secara mendetail. Aplikasi Highlight Wedding Organizer adalah jawaban dari semua ini, aplikasi ini memberikan kenyamanan pengantin atau pihak keluarga untuk menentukan lokasi, tipe-tipe foto atau video, katering hingga menyediakan makeup artist atau tata rias. / Highlight Wedding Organizer is an organization that serves the problems at a wedding that consists of documentation, decoration, cosmetology, catering, to working with various hotels in Greater Jakarta. Before the development of the system, Highlight Wedding Organizer still used chat for the ordering process and provided detailed information about available packages that made a large potential human error, sometimes the desire of the customer or client could not be clearly understood by the Highlight Wedding Organizer admin. This makes a lot of time-consuming conversations. Highlight Wedding Organizer requires an application that can help the admin so that the admin's performance becomes efficient and simplifies the ordering process by the customer. The making of this application uses the Rapid Application Developmet (RAD) system development methodology with the PHP programming language. This application uses functional modeling in the form of Use Case Diagrams and Activity Diagrams. The purpose of designing an application is to make it easier to book a wedding and to be able to manage the budget that must be spent on weddings. The bride and groom don't need to think about the wedding in detail. The Highlight Wedding Organizer application is the answer to all of this, this application provides the convenience of the bride and groom to determine the location, types of photos or videos, catering to provide makeup artist or makeup.
