Abstract

Dalam kesuksesan suatu usaha, ada faktor penting yang perlu diperhatikan yaitu sumber daya manusia. Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dapat mendukung kelancaran aktivitas perusahaan. SDM merupakan aset penting yang perusahaan miliki. Segala aset milik perusahaan tidak dapat berjalan secara optimal tanpa adanya SDM yang mendukung. Perusahaan perlu mengerti atau memahami apa saja yang menjadi kepuasaan kerja dari seorang karyawan. Kepuasan kerja adalah variabel sikap yang menunjukan perasaan puas seseorang terhadap pekerjaannya secara keseluruhan, termasuk berbagai aspek pekerjaan itu sendiri. PT. Radana Bhaskara Finance Tbk adalah salah satu perusahaan yang mengalami permasalahan pada aspek kepuasan kerja. Tercatat adanya peningkatan turnover karyawan dari 3.13% menjadi 48.28%. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Radana Bhaskara Finance Tbk agar nantinya dapat mendukung perusahaan dalam memperbaiki keadaan sumber daya manusia. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa mayoritas karyawan yang berkerja di PT. Radana Bhaskara Finance Tbk memiliki kepuasan di atas rata-rata, dengan dimensi tertinggi coworkers (M=4.446, SD=3.762) dan dimensi yang terendah fringe benefit (M=3.131, SD=3.815)./In the success of a business, there are important factors that need to be considered, namely human resources. Human resources (HR) can support the smooth running of a company activities. HR is an important asset that the company has. All company assets cannot run optimally without the existence of human resources. Companies need to understand things which become the job satisfaction of an employee. Job satisfaction is an attitude variable that shows someone’s satisfaction towards his or her work as a whole, including various aspect of the job itself. PT. Radana Bhaskara Finance Tbk is one company that is experiencing problems in the aspect of job satisfaction. There are an increase of employee turnover rate from 3.13% to 48.28%. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the level of employee’s job satisfaction in PT. Radana Bhaskara Finance Tbk, so that later it may support the company in improving the quality of human resources. The result of this study found that the majority of employees working at PT. Radana Bhaskara Finance Tbk has above average satisfaction, with the highest dimension of coworkers (M = 4,446, SD = 3,762) and the lowest dimension is fringe benefit (M = 3,131, SD = 3,815).
