Abstract

Isu mengenai lingkungan hidup, khususnya isu sampah perkantoran menjadi perhatian bagi sebagian pemangku kepentingan. Program pemilahan dan pengelolaan sampah menjadi solusi konkrit yang diusung oleh PT Nara Bepro untuk PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur. Program pengelolaan sampah yang berjalan, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan program kampanye pengelolaan sampah untuk mencakup lebih banyak pemangku kepentingan pada gedung perkantoran Sahid Sudirman Center. Program kampanye gerakan untuk keberlanjutan lingkungan yang diusung berjudul “Wacation”, dengan tema “Dibuang Kemana? Pahami sebelum memilah” memiliki beberapa bentuk komunikasi, salah satunya talkshow yang melibatkan rancangan instalasi sebagai pembukanya. Perancangan ini mencakup visualisasi informasi mengenai perjalanan pengelolaan sampah PT SMI, untuk meningkatkan kesadaran atau awareness terhadap isu sampah melalui media instalasi. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan experience design dalam media instalasi sebagai solusi desain lintas disiplin yang relevan terhadap kebutuhan dan permasalahan yang ada. / The issue of the environment, especially the issue of office waste is a concern for some stakeholders. The waste sorting and management program is a concrete solution carried by PT Nara Bepro for PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur. The ongoing waste management program is then followed by a waste management campaign program to include more stakeholders in the Sahid Sudirman Center office building. A social campaign program for environmental sustainability that was carried out titled "Wacation", with the theme "Where to throw? Understand before sorting "has several forms of communication, one of which is a talkshow that involves an installation as the opening. This design project includes information visualization regarding PT SMI's waste management journey, to increase awareness of the issue of waste through installation design. The author uses the experience design approach in installation media as a cross-disciplinary design solution that is relevant to the needs and existing problems.
