Abstract
Website Destinasi telah diposisikan sebagai sumber informasi utama bagi wisatawan. Sikap Pengguna Website dan Citra Destinasi Wisata juga menjadi dasar dalam memunculkan keinginan akan Minat Kunjungan Wisatawan. Model pada penelitian ini adalah modifikasi dari beberapa model penelitian sebelumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas website destinasi terhadap minat kunjungan wisatawan melalui sikap pengguna website dan citra destinasi wisata Candi Borobudur. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dengan skala likert. Jumlah sampel yaitu 179 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik probability sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software Lisrel 8.80 untuk melakukan proses analisis dan pengolahan data. Kualitas Website Destinasi berpengaruh secara positif terhadap Sikap Pengguna Website dan Citra Destinasi Wisata, Sikap Pengguna Website dan Citra Destinasi Wisata juga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Minat Kunjungan Wisatawan, namun, Kualitas Website Destinasi berpengaruh secara negatif terhadap Minat Kunjungan Wisatawan. Kata kunci: Kualitas Website Destinasi, Sikap Pengguna Website, Citra Destinasi Wisata, dan Minat Kunjungan Wisatawan/Destination Website has been positioned as the main source of information for tourists. Website User Attitudes and Image of Tourist Destination are also being the basis for create a Tourist Visit Intention. The Model of this research is a modification of several previous research models. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of destination website quality to tourist visit intention through website user attitudes and image of tourist destination Borobudur Temple. This Research is descriptive quantitative research with collecting data through a likert scale questionnaire. The number of samples are 179 respondents that taken using probability sampling techniques. This Research use Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with Lisrel 8.80 software for data processing and analyze. Destination Website Quality have positive effect to Website User Attitudes and Image of Tourist Destination, Website User Attitudes and Image of Tourist Destination also have positive effect to Tourist Visit Intention, however, Destination Website Quality have negative effect to Tourist Visit Intention.
