Abstract

PT. Indo Teknologi Solusi merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang pengembangan software yang dapat diakses melalui web dan mobile, dimana perusahaan menawarkan software aplikasi yang sudah siap pakai dan bersifat tailor made untuk mengotomatisasi bisnis proses klien. Salah satu produk yang dihasilkan oleh PT. Indo Teknologi Solusi yaitu E-Broker System yang berguna untuk memudahkan proses underwriting perusahaan broker yang dilakukan secara otomatis kepada rekanan asuransi yang bekerja sama dengan broker tersebut sesuai dengan term and condition masing-masing asuransi. Proyek ini membahas tentang pengembangan fitur rincian data penutupan asuransi dari sistem E-Broker dan pembuatan visualisasi data reporting. Metode pengembangan sistem E-Broker menggunakan pendekatan Software Development Life Cycle. Database yang digunakan dalam proses pengerjaan fitur yaitu Microsoft SQL serta untuk pengerjaan visualisasi data menggunakan Tableau, adapun metode pengujian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode black box. Pengembangan fitur rincian data penutupan asuransi dan visualisasi data reporting yang dikerjakan oleh pemagang telah selesai dibuat. Pengujian yang dilakukan memiliki kriteria yaitu hasil output pada Tabelau harus sesuai dengan data yang digunakan pada saat proses input. Sebagai hasil dari pengujian, fitur rincian data penutupan asuransi dan visualisasi data reporting menunjukan hasil yang sesuai dengan kriteria pengujian dan sudah sesuai dengan permintaan klien. / PT. Indo Technology Solutions is a company engaged in the development of software that can be accessed via the web and mobile, where the company offers application software that is ready to use and tailor-made applications to automate the client’s business processes. One of the products produced by PT. Indo Teknologi Solusi, an E-Broker System that is useful for facilitating the underwriting process of broker companies which is carried out automatically to insurance partners who cooperate with these brokerage in accordance with the terms and conditions of each insurance so that the process runs very quickly, effectively, and efficiently. This project discusses the development of detailed features of insurance coverage data from the E-Broker system and making data reporting visualizations. The E-Broker system development method uses the Software Development Life Cycle approach. The database used is Microsoft SQL and data visualization using Tableau, while the testing method is done using the black box method. Tests carried out have the criteria that the output results must be in accordance with the data used during the input process. As a result of the test, the detailed features of insurance coverage data and data visualization show results that match the testing criteria. All work done by the intern has been completed, the details of the insurance coverage data and data visualization in accordance with the request can be used by the client.
