Abstract

A successful business nowadays, an entrepreneur is required to possess exceptional qualities and skills that will enable business organization to expand, develop and multiply. PT Citra Mestika Andalas is the first distributor of Semen Padang for Riau region and Riau island. PT Citra Mestika Andalas has been established since 1982. Usually, in the company occur is the decreasing in number of sales. In this research, they may occur in decreasing number of sales is the dissatisfaction with the services that was given. The framework of this research is to figure out the relationship between Entrepreneurial Leadership on Organizational Performance. This research applies quantitative approach and the technique of sample taking used in this study is census sampling. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of entrepreneurial leadership on organizational performances. The result shows that there is an effect of the Entrepreneurial Leadership on Organizational Performances, indicated by the regression equation Y= 5.080 + 0.756X. / Bisnis yang sukses saat ini, seorang pengusaha dituntut untuk memiliki kualitas dan keterampilan luar biasa yang akan memungkinkan organisasi bisnis untuk berkembang, berkembang, dan berkembang biak. PT Citra Mestika Andalas adalah distributor pertama Semen Padang untuk wilayah Riau dan pulau Riau. PT Citra Mestika Andalas telah berdiri sejak tahun 1982. Biasanya, di perusahaan terjadi penurunan jumlah penjualan. Dalam penelitian ini, yang mungkin terjadi dalam penurunan jumlah penjualan adalah ketidakpuasan terhadap layanan yang diberikan. Kerangka kerja penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Kepemimpinan Wirausaha dengan Kinerja Organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sensus sampling. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kepemimpinan kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh Kepemimpinan Wirausaha terhadap Kinerja Organisasi, ditunjukkan oleh persamaan regresi Y = 5.080 + 0.756X.
