Abstract

Mutu merupakan salah satu sasaran utama pada proyek konstruksi selain biaya dan waktu. Kualitas dari produk yang dihasilkan merupakan kinerja mutu produk. Pada proyek bangunan gedung X di Jakarta Pusat ditemukan 467 laporan terkait dengan cacat produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan identifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor quality assurance terhadap kinerja mutu produk pada proyek bangunan gedung X di Jakarta Pusat dan bagaiman rekomendasi perbaikan atau peningkatannya. Dimana quality assurance merupakan sebuah program pada proyek untuk menjamin/memastikan proses produksi sesuai dengan standar mutu yang telah direncanakan. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif, dimana dilakukan survei kepada 5 responden pakar untuk memvalidasi kuisioner dan melakukan survei dengan menyebar kuisioner kepada 45 responden yang merespon, responden merupakan pihak yang mempunyai pengalaman di bidang proyek bangunan gedung. Setelah dilakukan survei dan analisis, ditemukan 6 faktor quality assurance yang berkontribusi terhadap kinerja mutu produk pada proyek bangunan gedung yaitu meneliti dan memeriksa kepatuhan terhadap peraturan yang diberlakukan pada spek mutu, melakukan pengawasan dan evaluasi terhadap proses prosedur work instruction, memiliki dokumen yang memuat persyaratan mutu yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan dan standar mutu nasional/internasional, mengadakan program training kepada staff mengenai Quality Assurance, membuat rekomendasi peningkatan produk dalam laporan informasi mutu proyek dan menetapkan kriteria untuk proses produksi. Masing-masing faktor tersebut berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja mutu produk pada proyek bangunan gedung X di Jakarta Pusat, sehingga untuk meningkatkan kinerja mutu pada proyek tersebut perlu dilakukan peningkatan terhadap masing-masing faktor quality assurance yang berkontribusi tersebut. / Quality is one of the objectives in construction projects. Quality assurance is the one of quality program in the project to assure/guarantee that production process is going according to quality standard regarding construction project. The objectives of this research is to identify, analyze and evaluate quality assurance factors of product quality performance on X building project in Central Jakarta and give recommendation for quality assurance improvement. In this case, 467 reports of defect were founded at this building project. This research is quantitative research by distributing the questionnaires. The questionnaires must be validated by 5 respondent who expert in building project especially for quality management in construction project. The distributed questionnaires are responded by 45 respondent those who have experienced in building construction project. In this research, 6 factors of quality assurance that affecting the quality product performance of X building project in Central Jakarta were founded. These factors are examine and check compliance with regulations according to quality specifications, supervise and evaluate the work instruction procedure, having documents of quality requirements set by the company and national / international quality standards, establish quality assurance training programs for construction project staff, make recommendations for production improvement in the project quality information report and establish criteria for the production process.
