Abstract

Pada era industri 4.0 saat ini, setiap perusahaan saling berkompetisi ke arah go digital. Perkembangan di era industri 4.0 saat ini juga menjadi tantangan bagi seluruh perusahaan untuk dapat bertransformasi menjadi lebih inovatif, seperti penggunaan teknologi modern (rantai digital) pada perusahaan. PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk pada era industri 4.0 juga ikut bertransformasi dari media tradisional menjadi media digital berupa aplikasi digital e-sinergi 46. Laporan magang ini membahas tentang proses pengelolaan aplikasi digital e-sinergi 46 sebagai salah satu media internal yang dimiliki oleh PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Divisi Komunikasi Perusahaan & Kesekretariatan (KMP) PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk merupakan divisi komunikasi yang bertanggung jawab dalam mengelola seluruh kegiatan komunikasi perusahaan baik internal maupun eksternal. Pemagang berperan dalam memanfaatkan salah satu media internal berbasis aplikasi digital yaitu e-sinergi 46 sebagai sarana penyampaian informasi dan komunikasi guna menciptakan komunikasi yang interaktif, cepat, dan efisien kepada seluruh publik internalnya./In the era of Industry 4.0, every company competes for going digital or what people mainly called as Digitalization. The advancement in Industry 4.0 nowadays also becomes the challenge for the company to be more inovative, such as utilization of modern technology (digital chain). PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. through its division named Corporate Communication and Secretarial (KMP) also takes chance to transform from traditional media delivery to become digital media delivery by establishing e-Sinergi 46 application. This apprenticeship’s report is mainly focus on elaborating management process and life-cycle of e-Sinergi 46 Application as means of corporate internal media delivery. Communication Division of Corporate & Secretarial (KMP) PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) TBK is a division of communications responsible for managing all corporate communication activities both internally and externally. Trainees are instrumental in utilizing one of the internal media based digital applications E-Sinergi 46 as a means of delivering information and communication to create an interactive, fast, and efficient communication to all its internal public.
