Abstract

In this study, To investigate the condition of competence at PT Indonesia Nusantara Dunia. To find out how is the condition of employee performance at PT Indonesia Nusantara Dunia, to find out how the influence of competence on employee performance at PT Indonesia Nusantara Dunia. The theory used is related to entrepreneurship, family business, competence and employee performance.According to Sutrisno (2015, p.152) explained that job performance measurement of six aspects which are key performance indicator for the related company job result, initiative, mental quickness, manner and discipline and absence. According to Wibowo (2014), there are five types of competency characteristics, namely as follows motive. traits, self-concept, knowledge and skills. In this study, the method used by the author is a quantitative analysis method. The type of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires distributed to employees. The total population is 143 employees and the sample in the study amounted to 59employees. The scale used to measure variables is the Likert scale. The results of the partial test can be explained that tcount (7.151)> ttable (2.002) and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, then Ha is accepted, and Ho is rejected, namely: Competence does influence on employee performance at PT Indonesia Nusantara Dunia. Recommendation that could be given for future research, should further evaluate available techniques for monitoring future problems that could occur. The conclusion in this study is the Competence does influence on employee performance at PT Indonesia Nusantara Dunia./Dalam penelitian ini, Untuk menyelidiki kondisi kompetensi pada PT Indonesia Nusantara Dunia. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi kinerja karyawan pada PT Indonesia Nusantara Dunia Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Indonesia Nusantara Dunia. Teori yang digunakan terkait dengan kewirausahaan, bisnis keluarga, dan kompetensi.Menurut Sutrisno (2015, p.152) dijelaskan bahwa pengukuran kinerja pekerjaan dari enam aspek yang merupakan indikator kinerja utama untuk hasil pekerjaan perusahaan terkait, inisiatif, kecepatan mental, cara dan disiplin dan ketidakhadiran. Menurut Wibowo (2014), ada lima jenis karakteristik kompetensi, yaitu sebagai berikut motif. ciri-ciri, konsep diri, pengetahuan dan keterampilan.Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah metode analisis kuantitatif.Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder.Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada karyawan. Total populasi adalah 143 karyawan dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 59 karyawan. Skala yang digunakan untuk mengukur variabel adalah skala Likert. Hasil uji parsial dapat dijelaskan bahwa thitung (7,151)> ttabel (2,002) dan nilai signifikan 0,000 <0,05, maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, yaitu: Kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Indonesia Nusantara Dunia. Rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan untuk peneliti kedepannya adalah seharusnya mencari tahu tekhnik yang ada untuk memonitor masalah yang dapat terjadi kedepannya. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Indonesia Nusantara Dunia.
