Abstract

The last few years the development of technology is developing very rapidly, especially in terms of learning. Learning that was originally conventional, has now switched to digital form that allows anyone to access the learning system anywhere. In addition, this development also has an impact on marketing, one of the effective marketing strategies is through social media marketing Instagram, but the MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) have not maximized the potential of this user because learning of social media marketing that is spread is still paid and classified as expensive, making MSME entrepreneurs reluctant to buy it, whereas MSME actors really need an understanding of their product / service marketing strategies through social media marketing. The method used in the development of this system is to use the Waterfall method. Making the e-Learning system is supported by hardware and software with the programming language used is PHP and Javascript, with a database stored on MySql on cloud hosting. / Beberapa tahun belakang ini perkembangan teknologi berkembang dengan sangat pesat terutama dalam hal pembelajaran. Pembelajaran yang semulanya konvensional, saat ini sudah beralih ke bentuk digital yang memungkinkan siapapun mengakses sistem pembelajaran dimanapun. Disamping itu, perkembangan ini juga berdampak terhadap bidang pemasaran, salah satu strategi pemasaran yang efektif yaitu melalui social media marketing Instagram, akan tetapi pelaku UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah) belum memaksimalkan potensi pengguna ini dikarenakan pembelajaran social media marketing yang tersebar masih berbayar dan tergolong mahal, menjadikan pelaku UMKM enggan membelinya, sedangkan pelaku UMKM sangat memerlukan pemahaman dalam hal strategi pemasaran produk/jasa mereka melalui social media marketing. Metode yang digunakan pada pengembangan sistem ini adalah menggunakan metode Waterfall. Pembuatan sistem e-Learning didukung oleh perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak dengan bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah PHP dan Javascript, dengan database yang disimpan pada MySql di cloud hosting.
