Abstract

Menjalin suatu hubungan dan membangun relasi adalah kedua hal penting yang harus dilakukan untuk memperbesar sebuah perusahaan. Menjalin dan membangun hubungan tentunya mengharuskan perusahaan tersebut mempunyai citra yang positif. Hal ini merupakan salah satu fungsi dari public relations yaitu untuk memplublikasikan informasi yang ditujukan kepada masyarakat sehingga dapat memberikan dampak yang positif bagi citra perusahaan. Untuk menjalin dan membangun hubungan antar perusahaan, dapat dipastikan semua diawali dari kerja sama yang dilakukan. PT.Eyelovin Cantika Indonesia, melakukan beragai kerjasama dengan perusahaan lain, yang semua hal tersebut diawali dengan bernegosiasi. Negosiasi dilakukan bertujuan untuk menemukan kesepakatan antara kedua perusahaan yang sedang bekerja sama, guna memajukan dan memberikan dampak yang positif bagi kedua perusahaan tersebut. Proses pertama dari negosiasi itu sendiri tentunya untuk membuat janji temu dengan calon perusahaan yang ingin diajak bekerja sama, setelah itu membahas agenda tentang hal apa yang ingin dikolaborasikan bersama-sama, dana pa keuntungannya bagi masing-masing pihak jika kerjasama tersebut berlangsung dengan baik. Ketika semua hal itu sudah dilakukan maka sampailah kepada tahap pengambilan keputusan, yang dimana pengambilan keputusan ini adalah memilih keputusan terbaik dari beberapa keputusan yang sudah didiskusikan. Ketika kerja sama berhasil terjadi dan tujuan berhasil tercapai. Hal tersebut akan membuat kedua perusahaan tersebut mempunyai hubungan yang baik dan hubungan tersebut dapat menjadi asset yang baik untuk kedepannya. / Establishing relationships and building relationships are two important things that must be done to enlarge a company. Establishing and building relationships certainly requires that the company has a positive image. This is one of the functions of public relations, namely to publish the information of the company so the company can have a positive image in the public's eyes and may be of a positive impact. To establish and build relationships between companies, we can be sure all starts from the cooperation carried out. PT.Eyelovin Cantika Indonesia, conducted various collaborations with other companies, all of which were initiated by negotiation. The negotiations carried out aim to find an agreement between the two companies that are working together, in order to advance and have a positive impact on the two companies. The first process of the negotiation itself is of course to make an appointment with a prospective company that wants to be invited to work together, after that discuss the agenda on what would be collaborated together, funds and benefits for each party if the collaboration goes well. When all of that has been done then comes to the decision making stage, which is where the decision making is to choose the best decision from several decisions that have been discussed. When cooperation is successful, goals are reached. This will make the two companies have a good relationship and the relationship can be a good asset for the future.
