Abstract

Lack of coordination with suppliers in shipping goods becomes an obstacle to sending goods to customers. PT Inti Artha Solindo, Central Kalimantan is a company that supply palm oil mill equipment. The number of product sales at PT Inti Artha Solindo, Central Kalimantan is declining, one of the problem that cause the declining is because delay in shipping product to the customer. The research uses the theories about supply chain management practice and its effect on organizational performance. According to Bayraktar et al. (2009) as cited by Çemberci (2015), supply chain applications are positively related and have impacts on organizational performance. The methods used by the writer in this research is descriptive and causal method. Data used in this research are primary and secondary data. The sample is all employees in the company which are 34 persons. The writer uses non-probability sampling technique which is census sampling. Based on research result, the data collected is valid, have a good reliability, normally distributed, and there is a linear relationship between the variables. The data has no problem in heteroscedasticity, the linear regression equation is Y = -0.324 + 1.025 X. The R square shows that variable X has contribution on change of Variable Y in 78,7%. T-test result showed that supply chain management practice has effect on organizational performance at PT Inti Artha Solindo, Central Kalimantan. The writer recommend that the company record the daily inventory to minimize number of delay and prioritizes the efficiency in operation to increase the profit. / Kurangnya koordinasi dengan pemasok dalam pengiriman barang menjadi kendala dalam pengiriman barang ke pelanggan. PT Inti Artha Solindo, Kalimantan Tengah adalah perusahaan yang memasok peralatan pabrik kelapa sawit. Jumlah penjualan produk di PT Inti Artha Solindo, Kalimantan Tengah menurun, salah satu masalah yang menyebabkan penurunan penjualan produk adalah karena keterlambatan pengiriman produk ke pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori tentang praktik manajemen rantai pasokan dan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja organisasi. Menurut Bayraktar et al. (2009) sebagaimana dikutip oleh Çemberci (2015), aplikasi rantai pasokan berhubungan positif dan berdampak pada kinerja organisasi. Metode yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan kausal. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Sampel adalah semua karyawan di perusahaan yang berjumlah 34 orang. Penulis menggunakan teknik non-probabilitas sampling yaitu sensus sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, data yang dikumpulkan valid, memiliki reliabilitas yang baik, berdistribusi normal, dan terdapat hubungan linier antar variabel. Data tidak memiliki masalah dalam heteroskedastisitas, persamaan regresi linier adalah Y = -0.324 + 1.025 X. R square menunjukkan bahwa variabel X memiliki kontribusi pada perubahan Variabel Y pada 78,7%. Hasil uji-T menunjukkan bahwa praktik manajemen rantai pasokan berpengaruh terhadap organisasi. kinerja di PT Inti Artha Solindo, Kalimantan Tengah. Penulis merekomendasikan agar perusahaan mencatat persediaan harian untuk meminimalkan jumlah keterlambatan, dan memprioritaskan efisiensi dalam operasi untuk meningkatkan laba.
