Abstract

Kota medan merupakan kota terbesar ketiga di Indonesia setelah Jakarta dan Surabaya, dengan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan 250 ribu wisatawan per tahunnya, ini menunjukan kota medan menjadi salah satu kunjungan yang di minati di Indonesia, Hotel Soechi International medan merupakan jasa penginapan yang berdiri tegak di tengah kota Medan dengan banyak nya persaingan hotel di kota Medan, tarif , fasilitas, dan pelayanan menjadi aspek wisatawan menggunakan jasa penginapan, maka akan dilakukan evaluasi dari pelanggan, evaluasi akan dilakukan dengan pembagian 200 kuesioner kepada pelanggan Hotel Soechi International Medan, dan untuk memprediksi kepuasan pelanggan akan digunakan teknik data mining Algoritma C4.5 dengan atribut tarif, fasilitas, dan pelayanan, dari penelitian ini kita akan memperoleh hubungan sebab-akibat dalam meneliti kepuasan pelanggan di Hotel Soechi International Medan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu Hotel Soechi International lebih tepat sasaran dalam memberikan pelayanan agar pelanggan dapat puas dan meningkatkan laba. Hasil klasifikasi dengan menggunakan Algoritma C4.5 mendapatkan hasil akurasi 85.6 %, yang menunjukan Algoritma dapat digunakan untuk mengukur kepuasan pelanggan di Hotel Soechi International Medan./Medan city is the third largest city in Indonesia after Jakarta and Surabaya, with a number of tourist arrivals of 250 thousand tourists per year, this shows Medan city is one of the most visited in Indonesia, Soechi International Hotel Medan is a lodging service that stands tall in the middle of the city Medan with its many hotel competition in Medan, rates, facilities, and services become aspects of tourists using lodging services, an evaluation will be made from customers, an evaluation will be conducted by distributing 200 questionnaires to customers of the Soechi International Hotel Medan, and to predict customer satisfaction will used data mining techniques C4.5 Algorithm with the attributes of rates, facilities, and services, from this study we will obtain a causal relationship in examining customer satisfaction at Soechi International Hotel Medan. This research is expected to help Soechi International Hotels be more targeted in providing services so that customers can be satisfied and increase profits. The classification results using the C4.5 Algorithm get an accuracy of 85.6 %, which shows the Algorithm can be used to measure customer satisfaction at Soechi International Hotel Medan.
