Abstract

CV Permata Agrotani Kencana merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang Agribisnis. Sistem informasi yang digunakan adalah sistem yang berjalan di DOS yang merupakan sistem versi lama dengan user interface text mode dan memiliki fitur untuk mengolah data pembelian, penjualan, pelunasan hutang, penagihan piutang, retur pembelian dan retur penjualan, serta dapat melihat laporan persediaan barang, laporan hutang dan laporan piutang. Pada sistem ini sering terjadi error seperti duplikat data pada saat menghapus dan menambah data pembelian atau penjualan pada nomor faktur yang sama dan penutupan sistem secara tidak normal yang dikarenakan data melebihi jumlah array maksimalnya. Sistem informasi baru yang dikembangkan memiliki fitur yang mencakup semua fitur dari sistem lama dengan user interface yang lebih modern menggunakan komponen Java Swing GUI dan MySQL sebagai database. Metodologi pengembangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan metode waterfall dan pemodelan sistem menggunakan UML. Hasil pengembangan sistem informasi menggunakan user interface lebih modern dan memiliki fitur yang efesien dalam mengakses data seperti pembelian, penjualan, pelunasan hutang, penagihan piutang, retur pembelian dan retur penjualan./CV Permata Agrotani Kencana is a company which runs in agribusiness industry. The information system used is a system that runs in DOS which is an old system with user interface text mode and have features to process data on purchasing, sales, payment of debts, collection of accounts recievable, purchase returns and sales returns also can inventory reports, debt reports and accounts recievable reports. In this system errors often occur such as duplicate data when removing and adding purchase or sales data under the same invoice number and abnormal force shutdown on the system due to data exceed the maximum amount of arrays. The new developed information system adopted all the features of the previous system with modern user interface from Java Swing GUI componeny and MySQL as database. The waterfall development framework is applied during the developing stage alongside with UML system modeling. The result of the information system development using more modern user interface and have efficient features in accessing data such as purchasing, sales, paymend of debts, collection of accounts recievable, purchase returns and sales returns.
