Abstract

Business development always grows based on the increasing number of available markets. Companies are required to provide the best products together with good quality distribution of goods that are friendly to customers. Supply chain management is a set of activities that include several process such as forecasting, manufacturing and distributing the products. The fact that supply chain management could affect company performance in any company is true and this statement is proven in a company named PT. Indojaya Agrinusa. The main problem in many businesses are in the services and internal business processes themselves. In the process, supply chain management will collect data from consumers and suppliers to create a better service, more effective and efficient procedures which will make the company performance increase. The objectives of this research are to investigate if PT. Indojaya Agrinusa company performance is indeed affected by the supply chain management. The research method that is used in this research is quantitative method and purposive sampling From this research, we can conclude that: 1) The company performance of PT. Indojaya Agrinusa is indeed affected by the supply chain management. 2) PT. Indojaya Agrinusa manages the supply chain management constantly by focusing on several indicators in order to increase company performance. 3) There is a strong and positive influence of supply chain management on company performance of PT. Indojaya Agrinusa. Moreover, the rate of supply chain management influence on company performance is 77% and the rest is affected by other factors. Therefore, it is important for the business to improve the supply chain management in order to improve the quality of company performance so the company can stay competitive compared to other rivals. / Perkembangan bisnis selalu berdasarkan pasar yang tersedia, perusahaan dituntut untuk menyediakan produk terbaik bersama dengan distribusi barang berkualitas yang ramah kepada pelanggan. Manajemen rantai pasokan adalah serangkaian kegiatan yang mencakup beberapa proses sepertiperencanaan, pembuatan, dan distribusi produk. Fakta bahwa manajemen rantai pasokan dapat mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan adalah benar dan dalam penelitian ini pernyataan ini dibuktikan di perusahaan bernama PT. Agrinusa Indojaya. Masalah utama dalam banyak bisnis adalah layanan dan proses bisnis internal itu sendiri. Dalam prosesnya, manajemen rantai pasokan akan mengumpulkan data terhadap konsumen dan pemasok untuk menciptakan layanan yang lebih baik, prosedur yang lebih efektif dan efisien yang akan membuat peningkatan kinerja perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakahKinerja perusahaan PT. Indojaya Agrinusa memang dipengaruhi oleh manajemen rantai pasokan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dan purposive sampling. Dari penelitian ini, disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Kinerja perusahaan PT. Indojaya Agrinusa memang dipengaruhi oleh manajemen rantai pasokan. 2) PT. Indojaya Agrinusa terus-menerus mengelola manajemen rantai pasokan dengan berfokus pada beberapa indikator untuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. 3) Ada pengaruh yang kuat dan positif dari manajemen rantai pasokan terhadap kinerja perusahaan PT. Agrinusa Indojaya. Selain itu, tingkat pengaruh manajemen rantai pasokan terhadap kinerja perusahaan adalah 77% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi bisnis untuk meningkatkan manajemen rantai pasokan untuk meningkatkan kualitas kinerja perusahaan sehingga perusahaan dapat tetap kompetitif dibandingkan dengan pesaing lainnya.
