Abstract

Berdasarkan Undang-Undang nomor 20 tahun 2003 dikatakan bahwa, universitas-universitas berkewajiban menyelenggarakan atau melaksanakan pendidikan berbasis pengabdian kepada masyarakat atau pembelajaran secara experimental. Service Learning Project merupakan salah satu model pembelajaran experimental dan saat ini banyak universitas-universitas menggunakan pembelajaran model ini, dimana teori yang ada di dalam kelas dapat dipraktekkan kepada masyarakat umum. Evaluasi kepuasan diperlukan untuk melihat seberapa bermanfaat kegiatan yang diadakan dan apa yang perlu ditingkatkan. Oleh sebab itu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengukur kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap service learning di Universitas Pelita Harapan. Teknik pengambilan datanya dilakukan dengan melakukan sampling. Kuesioner disebarkan melalui media online dengan mengirimkan link Google form. Dalam pengolahan datanya dilakukan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, pengolahan frekuensi data responden seperti jenis kelamin, fakultas dan tahun masuk kuliah dan juga dilakukan uji pearson correlation dan chi-square untuk melihat keeratan dari variabel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa, mahasiswa puas dengan SLP dengan tingkat kepuasan sebesar 4,18 dengan skala maksimum 5,00. Namun ada hal-hal yang perlu diperbaiki berdasarkan hasil kuesioner yang dibagikan terutama masalah komunikasi dosen dengan staff SLP dan mitra dalam merumuskan kegiatan dari awal hingga kegiatan berakhir seperti prosedur pendaftaran, format laporan, dan lain lain, agar tidak ada pihak-pihak yang merasa dirugikan. Perlu adanya sistem online seperti Whatsapp atau official line yang dapat membantu mahasiswa untuk bertanya kapan saja tanpa perlu datang ke kantor Departemen Student Life./ Based on law number 20 of 2003 approved, universities are obliged to organize or carry out service-based education for the community or learning on an experimental basis. The learning service project is one of the experimental learning models and currently many universities use this learning model, where theories in the classroom can be practiced in the public. Satisfaction evaluation is needed to see the beneficial benefits that are held and what needs to be improved. Therefore, research was conducted to measure student satisfaction with KKN at Pelita Harapan University. The data collection technique is done by sampling. Questionnaires are distributed through online media by sending Google form links. In processing the data, the validity and reliability tests were performed, the frequency of respondent data processing such as gender, faculty and year of study and also the Pearson correlation test and chi-square test to see the closeness of the variables. Based on these results, students are satisfied with the SLP with a satisfaction level of 4.18 with maximum scale is 5,00 of scale. However, there are things that need to be improved based on the results of the questionnaire distributed based on communication problems with SLP staff and partners in formulating activities from beginning to end, such as registration, report format, etc., so that no other party needs it harmed. An online system such as Whatsapp or official channels that can help students ask questions at any time without needing to come to the office is a student's life Departement.
