Transportation in Indonesia has improved significantly, especially air transportation that can be seen from the amount of airline managed by private companies and government. This leads to highly competitive market. As a result some companies do whatever it takes to get as many customer as possible. One of the method to do so is reducing fees. On the other hand, reducing fee doesn't equals to upgrading the service given to customers. This prove that the system is not yet sufficient to regulate the whole aviation market. Thus, this can be perceived as an act of violation towards the law. One of example is Case 88/Pdt.G/2013/PN.JKT.PST. This juridicial review will use normative law and UU, as basis to approach this case.
