Abstract

PT. Gapeksindo Jaya Bersama merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada beberapa sektor usaha di antaranya adalah bidang mekanikal, elektrikal, sipil, serta bangunan gedung. Perusahaan ini melaksanakan sejumlah besar proyek baik dari swasta maupun pemerintah yang menjadikan manajemen proyek sebagai hal yang sangat krusial dan penting dalam memantau keberlangsungan dan keberhasilan setiap proyek. Monitoring progress proyek yang sedang dilaksanakan serta pemantauan transaksi yang terjadi di lapangan merupakan hal yang sangat penting agar pelaksanaan proyek dapat berjalan sesuai dengan perencanaan jadwal dan anggaran yang sudah ditentukan sebelum pelakasanaan di lapangan dimulai. Oleh karena itu Sistem Informasi Manajemen Proyek ini sangat dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan untuk memberikan kemudahan bagi pihak manajemen perusahaan maupun pihak penanggung jawab proyek di lapangan untuk memantau kemajuan proyek secara real time dan memberikan kebijakan serta keputusan yang tepat selama masa pelaksanaan proyek. Pada hasil akhir dari penelitian ini diharapkan terciptanya Sistem Informasi Manajemen Proyek berbasis website yang dapat membantu pemantuan kemajuan setiap proyek serta mempermudah dalam pengendalian transaksi yang terjadi selama proyek berlangsung./ PT. Gapeksindo Jaya Bersama is a company engaged in several business sectors, including mechanical, electrical, civil, and building. This company carries out a large number of projects, both private and government, which make project management very crucial and important in monitoring the sustainability and success of each project. Monitoring the progress of projects that are being implemented as well as monitoring of transactions that occur in the field are very important so that project implementation can run in accordance with the planned schedule and budget that have been determined before the implementation in the field begins. Therefore, this Project Management Information System is very much needed by the company to make it easier for company management and the person in charge of the project in the field to monitor project progress in real time and provide the right policies and decisions during the project implementation period. In the final results of this research, it is hoped that the creation of a website-based Project Management Information System that can help monitor the progress of each project and facilitate controlling transactions that occur during the project.
