Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi saat ini telah mendorong masyarakat untuk menggunakan teknologi dalam mempermudah bisnis mereka. Salah satu bidang yang mendapatkan dampak perkembangan teknologi ini ialah bidang industri makanan. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan pada bidang industri makanan tepatnya pada proses pemesanan makanan dan juga reservasi tempat. Dimana pada saat ini, proses pemesanan makanan umumnya masih manual yang mewajibkan pelanggan untuk datang ke tempat makan untuk melakukan pemesanan. Adapun pemesanan melalui aplikasi (Grab dan Gojek) mengharuskan pesanan untuk diantar dan tidak dapat melakukan reservasi tempat. Perancangan sistem pemesanan makanan berbasis aplikasi mobile ini memudahkan proses pemesanan dan pencatatan pesanan. Metode pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metode Waterfall. Untuk permodelan sistem menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML). Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan untuk bagian aplikasi ialah Dart dan framework Flutter, sedangkan untuk bagian website ialah HTML, PHP dan framework Laravel. Basis data yang digunakan adalah MySQL. Sistem yang dikembangkan ini dapat membantu pelanggan dalam melakukan pemesanan dengan mudah, dan juga membuat proses pemesanan yang lebih efisien. / Current technological developments have encouraged people to use technology to facilitate their business. One area that is affected by the development of this technology is the food industry. This research will be carried out in the food industry precisely in the food ordering process and resservation. Where at this time, the food ordering process is generally still manual which requires customers to come to a place to eat to place an order. As for ordering through the application (Grab and Gojek) requires orders to be delivered and not being able to make reservations. The design of a food ordering system based on a mobile application will facilitate the process of ordering and recording orders. This system development method uses the Waterfall method. For system modeling using Unified Modeling Language (UML). The programming languages used for the application part are the Dart and the Flutter framework, while the website part is HTML, PHP and the Laravel framework. The database used is MySQL. This developed system can help customers place orders easily, and also make the ordering process more efficient.
