Abstract
This research was conducted at OO Pastries Medan. This study tests and analyzes the influence of organization culture on the performance of OO Pastries Medan employees. Discipline of organizational culture has decreased resulting in decreased employees’ performance.
The theory used in this study relates to the theory of organization culture and employees’ performance.
In this study, the method used by the author is a quantitative analysis method. The type of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires distributed to employees. The population and sample in the study amounted to 33 employees. This study uses a census sampling method by taking all numbers of populations as samples to be tested using SPSS. The scale used to measure variables is the Likert scale.
Based on the results of testing influence of organization culture on the performance of OO Pastries Medan employees, R square value is 0.613. This means 61.3% of t employees’ performance variable (Y) which can be explained by the organization culture variable (X) while the remaining 38.7% is explained by other variables not used in this research variable.
The conclusion in this study that there is an influence of organization culture on employees’ performance in OO Pastries Medan./
Penelitian ini dilakukan di OO Pastries Medan. Dalam penelitian ini menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan OO Pastries Medan. Disiplin budaya organisasi mengalami penurunan yang mengakibatkan kinerja karyawan yang mengalami penurunan.
Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berkaitan dengan teori budaya organisasi dan kinerja karyawan.
Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah metode analisis kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada karyawam. Jumlah populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 33 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode census sampling dengan mengambil semua populasi sebagai sampel yang akan diuji menggunakan SPSS. Skala yang digunakan untuk mengukur variabel adalah skala Likert.
Berdasarkan hasil pengujian pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan OO Pastries Medan. . Nilai R square sebesar 0,613, ini berarti 61,3% dari t variabel Kinerja Karyawan (Y) yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel Budaya Organisasi (X) sedangkan sisanya 38,7% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak digunakan dalam variabel penelitian ini.
Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini bahwa terdapat pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di OO Pastries Medan.
