Pembangunan infrastruktur merupakan urat nadi pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pemerataan pembangunan nasional, salah satu infrastruktur yang saat ini menjadi prioritas pemerintah adalah energi listrik yang merupakan salah satu unsur penunjang yang sangat penting bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu negara. Seiring bertambahnya penduduk permintaan akan energi tenaga listrik semakin meningkat dari waktu ke waktu di Indonesia. Maka dari itu diperlukan sebuah sumber energi alternatif yang ramah lingkungan, berkelanjutan dan memiliki nilai ekonomis yang tinggi, dengan kondisi geografis banyaknya aliran sungai ditambah dengan kontur tanah yang tidak rata merupakan faktor yang mendukung untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan energi listrik terbarukan yang memanfaatkan air sebagai pembangkit listrik seperti Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Mikrohidro (PLTMH). Keterbatasan pembiayaan infrastruktur yang bersumber dari APBN telah mendorong pemerintah untuk membuka lebar peluang bagi swasta, untuk berinvestasi dalam pembangunan proyek PLTMH Ada beberapa permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu proses bisnis proyek PLTMH, faktor dan variabel aspek pemasaran proyek PLTMH, mengukur kinerja biaya operasional proyek PLTMH, hasil analisis pengaruh aspek pemasaran dalam meningkatkan kinerja biaya operasional proyek PLTMH dan rekomendasi perbaikan dari penelitian ini. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari responden yang diolah melalui program statistik SPSS dan data sekunder dari beberapa teori dan rumus rumus perhitungan dari berbagai sumber dan didasari oleh peraturan-peraturan yang sesuai dengan pembahasan serta mengumpulkan data-data pemasaran. Dari hasil analisis data diketahui ada beberapa variabel aspek pemasaran yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja biaya operasional proyek infrastruktur yaitu pengelompokkan pasar berdasarkan jenis usaha, ketersediaan alat kerja dan material serta pemahaman proses produksi./Infrastructure development is the pulse of economic growth and equitable development of the national, one of the infrastructure that is currently the government's priority is electrical energy which is one of the supporting elements that is very important for the economic growth of a country. As the population grows the demand for electric power energy increases over time in Indonesia. Therefore, it takes an alternative energy source that is environmentally friendly, sustainable and has a high economic value, with the geographical condition of many streams coupled with uneven soil contour is a contributing factor to optimize the use of renewable electricity that utilizes water as a power plant such as a Micro hydro power plant (PLTMH). The limitation of infrastructure financing sourced from the state BUDGET has encouraged the Government to open wide opportunities for private sector, to invest in the development of PLTMH project There are several problems in this research that is the business process of PLTMH project, factors and variables of the marketing aspect of PLTMH project, measuring the performance of operational cost of PLTMH project, analysis result of the influence of marketing aspects in improving the operational cost performance of PLTMH project and recommendation of the improvement of this research. This research methodology uses primary data obtained from respondents that are processed through SPSS statistical programs and secondary data from several theories and formulas calculation formulas from a variety of sources and is based on the rules according to the discussion and collecting marketing data. From the data analysis results there are several aspects of variable marketing that greatly impact the performance improvement of infrastructure project operational costs grouping market based on the business type, availability of work tools and materials and understanding the production process.
