Abstract

Kebakaran hutan merupakan salah satu bentuk gangguan yang makin sering terjadi, baik di dalam wilayah maupun di negara lain. Saat ini, kebakaran hutan menjadi pusat perhatian semua negara karena setiap tahun selalu ada saja faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kebakaran hutan itu sendiri, baik faktor eksternal maupun internal. Salah satu nya Indonesia, banyak sekali kasus kebakaran hutan yang terjadi pada tahun 2019 ini, di Kalimantan maupun di Riau. Gangguan asap yang ditimbulkan dalam kasus kebakaran hutan di Indonesia, telah menjalar bukan hanya kepada kota yang menjadi pusat kebakaran hutan, melainkan ke kota-kota Indonesia yang lainnya. Sangat penting untuk dilakukan penelitian peraturan perundang-undangan yang mengatur tentang kebakaran hutan di Indonesia, dampak dari kebakaran hutan dan perspektif hukum lingkungan tentang kebakaran hutan di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam karya tulis ini adalah jenis penelitian normatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan studi kepustakaan (library search) dan wawancara. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis secara normatif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian dalam karya tulis ini adalah konstribusi pemerintah dalam menangani kasus kebakaran hutan di Indonesia, cara penanggulangan kasus kebakaran hutan di Indonesia, penegakan hukum lingkungan untuk mengatasi kebakaran hutan di Indonesia, dan faktor-faktor penyebab kebakaran hutan di Indonesia serta dampaknya bagi Indonesia ataupun wilayah-wilayah lainnya, agar kedepannya kebakaran hutan dapat diminimalisir seminimal mungkin. / Forest fires are one form of disturbance that is increasingly common, both within regions and in other countries. At present, forest fires are the center of attention of all countries because every year there are always factors that cause forest fires themselves, both external and internal factors. One of them is Indonesia, there are many cases of forest fires that occurred in 2019, both in Kalimantan and Riau. Smoke disruption caused in cases of forest fires in Indonesia, has spread not only to the city that is the center of forest fires, but to other Indonesian cities. It is important to research the laws and regulations governing forest fires in Indonesia, the impact of forest fires and the environmental legal perspective on forest fires in Indonesia. This type of research used in this paper is a type of normative research. Data collection techniques are done using library research (library search) and interviews. Analysis of the data used in this study is a qualitative normative analysis. The results of this research are the contribution of the government in handling cases of forest fires in Indonesia, how to deal with cases of forest fires in Indonesia, environmental law enforcement to overcome forest fires in Indonesia, and the factors causing forest fires in Indonesia and their impact on Indonesia or the region - other regions, so that in the future forest fires can be minimized to a minimum
