Abstract

Indonesia is a country that is doing a variety of business. Importing business is one the common business as the opportunity of success is higher compared to the others. Importing business could not be considered as a small start-up business due to risks on customs and connection. The higher the risk the higher the chance of success is the characteristic of importing company. Leadership in a company is important which is needed to help and encourage employees to achieve company goals. The main objective of this research was to determine the influence of transformational leaders on working performance. Analysis of the data in this study is using descriptive analysis and associative analysis. The mean score, normality, causal, and determination analysis were conducted through applying SPSS version 25.0. Based on the results of associative analysis showed that transformational leaders (X) has a significant influence on working performance (Y). This research is using saturated or census sampling method with 57 sample size. Determination test result is showing of 52 percent will influence working performance with two hypothesis. Null hypothesis is telling transformational leadership does not influence working performance while alternative hypothesis will state that transformational leadership influences working performance. / Indonesia adalah sebuah negara yang mempunyai banyak jenis usaha. Sebagai contohnya adalah perusahaan importasi dimana kesempatan untuk sukses lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan usaha yang lainnya. Bisnis dalam bidang importasi tidak dapat dikatakan sebagai perusahaan yang baru mulai karena usaha importasi mempunyai resiko yang tinggi dalam bidang bea cukai dan relasi hubungan dengan pelanggan. Semakin tinggi resiko yang dihadapi semakin tinggi kesempatan untuk sukses dimana merupakan karekteristik dari usaha importasi. Kepempimpinan dalam sebuah perusahaan sangatlah penting dikarenakan ia dipergunakan untuk menolong dan mendukung karyawan yang sedang menghadapi masalah. Tujuan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah utnuk menentukan pengaruh pemimpin transformasional terhadap kinerja kerja karyawan. Menganalisis data dalam studi ini menggunakan analisis deskiptif, and analisis asosiatif. Hasil nilai rata-rata, normalitas, korelasi, dan analisis determinasi menggunakan program SPSS dengan versi 25.0. Dari hasil analisis asosiatif menunjukkan bahwa kepempimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap kinjera kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampling sensus dengan jumlah populasi pekerja adalah 57 orang. Dalam hasil uji determinasi menunjukkan 52 persen bahwa kepempimpinan transformasi dapat mempengaruhi kinerja pekerja dengan mengunakan dua hipotesa. Hipotesa nol akan menunjukan bahwa kepempimpinan transformasi tidak dapat mempengaruhi kinerja pekerja sedangkan pada hipotesa alternatif akan menunjukkan bahwa transformasi kepempimpinan dapat mempengaruhi kinerja pekerja.
