Abstract
This research was conducted at Kakiku Reflexology Medan Cemara. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of the commission system towards the employee performance at Kakiku Reflexology Medan Cemara.
The theory used in this research explains about hospitality management, compensation, commission and employee performance.
This research is conducted by using the quantitative method. The data type used is primary data and secondary data. The population of this research is 45 employee and the data is collected with questionnaire that is distributed to 40 respondents which are the employee of Kakiku Reflexology Medan Cemara. The data collected with questionnaire is measured with Likert Scale.
The data analysis with T-test shows the t-count 5.749 > t-table 2.024 and significant value 0.000 < 0.05. The result indicates that the Ha is accepted where the commission system has significant effect towards employee performance at Kakiku Reflexology Medan Cemara.
The finding of this research shows that the commission system has significant effect towards employee performance at Kakiku Reflexology Medan Cemara./Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kakiku Reflexology Medan Cemara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem komisi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kakiku Reflexology Medan Cemara.
Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang manajemen hospitality, kompensasi, komisi dan kinerja karyawan.
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 45 karyawan dan data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 40 responden yang merupakan karyawan Kakiku Reflexology Medan Cemara. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner diukur dengan Skala Likert.
Analisis data dengan T-test menunjukkan t-hitung 5,749 > t-tabel 2,024 dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ha diterima dimana sistem komisi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kakiku Reflexology Medan Cemara.
Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem komisi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kakiku Reflexology Medan Cemara.
