Abstract
In this study, the purpose is to find out the effect of leadership on employee work discipline and to find out how is the influence of leadership on employee performance at PT Lampion Medan.
The theory used is related to entrepreneurship, family business, leadership and employee performance.
In this study, the method used by the author is a quantitative analysis method. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires and distributed to customers. The total population is 132 employees of PT Lampion Medan and the sample in the study amounted to 99 employees of PT Lampion Medan. The scale used to measure variables is the Likert scale.
The results of the partial test can be explained that leadership influence employee performance at PT Lampion Medan. The Determination Coefficient Test results obtained R square value of 0.676, this means 67.6% of the dependent variable Employee Performance (Y) which can be explained by the independent variable Leadership (X) while the remaining 32.4% is explained by other variables which were not discussed in this study.
The conclusion in this study is the leadership influence employee performance at PT Lampion Medan. / Dalam penelitian ini, Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Lampion Medan.
Teori yang digunakan terkait dengan kewirausahaan, bisnis keluarga, kepemimpinan dan kinerja karyawan.
Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah metode analisis kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada pelanggan. Jumlah populasi adalah 132 karyawan di PT Lampion Medan dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 99 karyawan di PT Lampion Medan n. Skala yang digunakan untuk mengukur variabel adalah skala Likert.
Hasil uji parsial dapat dijelaskan bahwa kepemimpinan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di PT Lampion Medan. Hasil Uji Koefisien Determinasi 4.30 diperoleh nilai R square 0,676, ini berarti 67,6% dari variabel dependen Kinerja Karyawan (Y) yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel independen Kepemimpinan (X) sedangkan sisanya 32,4% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.
Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Lampion Medan.
