This research aims to analyze the impact of profit and cash flow towards financial distress on service company in infrastructure, utilities, and transportation sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research is examined using the secondary data obtained from the financial statement from each company for the year 2016-2018 published on the official website of Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research is service company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Using the purposive sampling method, the sample for this research is service company in infrastructure, utilities, and transportation sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the year 2016-2018 with the number of 14 companies. The data analysis technique is multiple regression analysis. The result shows that profit partially has positive significant impact towards financial distress, cash flow partially has positive significant impact towards financial distress. In addition, the research also shows that profit and cash flow simultaneously give significant impact towards financial distress./Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh dari laba dan arus kas terhadap financial distress pada perusahaan jasa sector infrastruktur, utilititas, dan transportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan menggunakan data sekunder dari laporan keuangan setiap perusahaan pada tahun 2016-2018 yang diterbitkan di situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan jasa yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling, sampel yang terpilih untuk penilitian ini adalah perusahaan jasa pada sektor infrastruktur, utilitas, dan transportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2016-2018 yang telah memenuhi kriteria tertentu dengan jumlah sebesar 14 perusahaan. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa laba secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap financial distress, arus kas secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap financial distress, serta laba dan arus kas secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap financial distress.
