Abstract

Performance is one of several determinants in achieving organizational goals. Performance cannot be improved if it only depends on human resources without the support of the organization or the behavior of employees who make a positive contribution to the achievement of organizational goals. Teachers who are the main asset in an educational institution are the cogs to achieve the goals of the institution. With the increasing competition among educational institutions, teacher performance to produce students who excel, have good morals, and have the skills needed in the future, is an element that must be considered. Performance is believed not only determined by one's intelligence, but is also influenced by other factors. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of perceived organizational support, person-organization fit, and organizational citizenship behavior on the performance of Kairos Gracia School teachers. This has become the focus of the study as because performance is the key in building and maintaining the quality and reputation of Kairos Gracia School. Data collection is carried out by a survey using questionnaires to 66 Kairos Gracia School teachers at elementary, junior high, and high school levels. This research approach is quantitative with PLS-SEM method using the assistance of SmartPLS 3.2.9 software to evaluates the measurement model (outer model) and structural model (inner model). The results show that the perceived organizational support has no positive effect while person-organization fit and organizational citizenship behavior have a positive effect on the performance of Kairos Gracia School teachers./ Kinerja menjadi satu di antara beberapa faktor determinan dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Kinerja tidak dapat meningkat apabila hanya tergantung pada sumber daya manusia tanpa adanya dukungan dari organisasi maupun perilaku karyawan yang memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Guru yang merupakan asset utama dalam suatu institusi pendidikan merupakan roda penggerak untuk mencapai tujuan institusi tersebut. Dengan semakin meningkatnya persaingan antar institusi pendidikan, kinerja guru untuk menghasilkan siswa berprestasi, berakhlak mulia, dan memiliki keterampilan yang dibutuhkan di masa depan, menjadi elemen yang harus diperhatikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi, person-organization fit, dan organizational citizenship behavior terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Kairos Gracia. Hal ini menjadi fokus penelitian dikarenakan kinerja menjadi kunci dalam membangun dan mempertahankan kualitas dan reputasi Sekolah Kairos Gracia. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survey dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 66 orang guru Sekolah Kairos Gracia jenjang SD, SMP, dan SMA. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode PLS-SEM menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.2.9 yang mengevaluasi model pengukuran (outer model) dan model struktural (inner model). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi tidak berpengaruh positif sedangkan person-organization fit dan organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Kairos Gracia.
