Abstract

pelanggaran atas ketidakhadiran notaris dalam proses penandatanganan akta perjanjian kredit, mengakibatkan notaris melanggar kewajiban Notaris sebagai Pejabat Umum dalam menjalankan tugas dan jabatannya, oleh karenanya penegakan atas pelanggaran ketidakhadiran Notaris dalam proses penandatanganan akta perjanjian kredit perlu diketahui sanksi yang layak diberikan kepada Pejabat Notaris yang melakukan pelanggaran tersebut. / violation of the notary absence in the process of signing of the credit agreement deed, resulting in a notary public in violation of notarial obligations as general officer in carrying out duties and positions, therefore enforcement of violations of absence of notary in the process of signing of credit agreements must be known sanctions worthy to be given to the notary official who committed the offence
