Abstract

Sebagai sebuah negara berkembang, Indonesia berusaha untuk terus mengembangkan penggunaan elektronik untuk menyelesaikan berbagai kepentingan dalam Pemerintahan. Oleh karena itu, Pemerintah Indonesia membuat sebuah salah satu kebijakan Pendaftaran Hak Tanggungan Terintegrasi Elektronik (HT-el) bertujuan untuk menghemat waktu serta proses pendaftaran yang selama ini menggunakan cara manual dan membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama. Laporan Magang ini juga bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai tugas dari PPAT, Bank, Masyarakat, dan Pemerintah dalam proses Hak Tanggungan. Memberikan informasi bahwa saat ini Pemerintah sudah mengeluarkan kebijakan berbasis elektronik yaitu Hak Tanggungan Elektronik (HT-el) untuk mempermudah kinerja pihak PPAT, Bank, Masyarakat, dan Pemerintah. Penulis menggunakan berbagai sumber dari berita, jurnal, UndangUndang, Peraturan Pemerintah, Peraturan Menteri untuk menyelesaikan laporan magang ini. Berdasarkan Laporan Magang yang telah dilakukan ini, menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya kebijakan berbasis elektronik tersebut maka sangat efektif dan efisien bagi seluruh pihak terkait yaitu Masyarakat, PPAT, Bank, dan Pemerintah dalam proses Pendaftaran Hak Tanggungan. / As a developing country, Indonesia manage to continue to develop the electronics to resolve various benefit in Government. Therefore, the Government of Indonesia made one of the Electronic Integrated Mortgage Rights Registration policies aimed at saving time and the registration process which has been using manual methods and requires quite a long time. This Internship Report also intend to provide an overview of the duties of Official Certifier of Title Deeds, Banks, the Community, and the Government in the Mortgage process. Providing information that currently the Government has issued an electronic-based policy namely Electronic Mortgage to facilitate the performance of PPAT, Banks, Communities, and Government. The author uses various sources from news, journals, laws, government regulations, ministerial regulations to complete this internship report. Based on the Internship Report that has been done, it shows that the electronic based policy is very effective and efficient for all related parties, namely the Community, PPAT, Banks, and the Government in the Registration of Mortgage Rights process.
