Abstract

Learning satisfaction is one of the way to measure the success of online learning implementation. Student satisfaction in online learning can be affected by several factors, such as course structure, online learner readiness, and student engagement. This study aims to determine the effect of course structure, online learner readiness, and student engagement on student satisfaction. The research subjects were 55 high school students of Sekolah Bogor Raya, which has taken their online learning program. The research design used is PLS-SEM method with a quantitative approach. The results obtained showed that course structure gives positive effect toward student satisfaction, online learner readiness gives positive effect toward satisfaction, student engagement gives positive effect toward satisfaction, course structure gives positive effect toward student engagement, and online learner readiness gives positive effect toward student engagement. / Tingkat kepuasan belajar merupakan salah satu cara untuk melihat keberhasilan pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring. Tingkat kepuasan belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran daring dipengaruhi oleh bermacam-macam faktor, seperti course structure, online learner readiness, dan student engagement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh course structure, online learner readiness, dan student engagement terhadap student satisfaction. Subjek penelitian adalah 55 sekolah menengah di Sekolah Bogor Raya, yang mengikuti program pembelajaran daring. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode PLS-SEM dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa course structure memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap student satisfaction, online learner readiness memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap satisfaction, student engagement memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap satisfaction, course structure memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap student engagement, serta online learner readiness memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap student engagement.
