The thesis entitled "Implementation of Christian Worldview Training in Transformational Leadership to Improve Teachers' Skills for Teaching in the XYZ Nias Christian School" focuses on evaluating the influence of the Christian Worldview training in improving the teachers’ transformational leadership. This study aims to determine the effects of the Christian Worldview on the teachers’ transformational leadership and its influence in improving their teaching skills. This research method used was the evaluative experimental method. This research involved 55 respondents in the XYZ Christian School in Nias. First of all, a pre-test was conducted to determine the initial abilities, and after the Christian Worldview training was implemented, a post-test was conducted to evaluate the effects of the Worldview training on Transformational Leadership and in improving their teaching skills. The t-test results have shown the influence of transformational leadership with an increased value of 13.31 on the average and the influence of the teaching skills with an increased value of 11.73 on the average. The linear test results have indicated the influence of the teachers’ transformational leadership and teaching skills. / Tesis yang berjudul “Implementasi Pelatihan Christian Worldview Dalam Kepemimpinan Transformasional untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Guru Mengajar di Sekolah Kristen XYZ Nias” ini fokus pada evaluasi pengaruh pelatihan Christian Worldview dalam meningkatkan kepempimpinan transformasional Guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Christian Worldview terhadap kepemimpinan transformasional dan pengaruhnya dalam meningkatkan keterampilan guru mengajar. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen evaluatif. Penelitian ini melibatkan 55 responden di Sekolah Kristen XYZ Nias. Pertama-tama dilakukan pre-test untuk mengetahui kemampuan awal, dan setelah pelatihan Christian Worldview dilakukan post-test untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh dari pelatihan Christian Worldview terhadap Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan mengajar. Hasil uji t menunjukkan adanya pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dengan kenaikan nilai rata-rata sebesar 13.31 dan pengaruh keterampilan mengajar dengan kenaikan nilai rata – rata sebesar 11.73. Hasil uji linier menunjukkan adanya pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan keterampilan guru mengajar.
