Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai sistem perancah pada proyek Bogor Outer Ring Road dimana pihak kontraktor utamanya adalah PT PP (Persero) Tbk. Pada proyek tersebut, ditemukan dua sistem perancah yang serupa yaitu sistem perancah P101 dan P121. Kedua sistem perancah berbasis sama namun terdapat sedikit perbedaan pada detail konektor antara elemen struktur. Penelitian ini didasari oleh adanya kegagalan konstruksi pada struktur perancah didalam proyek tersebut. Oleh sebab itu, untuk menghindari kegagalan konstruksi akibat struktur perancah, maka dari kedua model perancah yang dilakukan evaluasi akan dipilih sistem perancah yang terbaik. Strategi yang dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi kedua sistem perancah tersebut yaitu dengan cara melakukan perencanaan ulang. Dari perencanaan ulang, didapatkan hasil beban dan kapasitas yang mengacu pada peraturan yang ada. Hasil kapasitas (ɸRn) perancah yang didapatkan sebesar 545.80 KN. Hasil distribusi beban (Ru) dari sistem perancah P101 yaitu sebesar 782.74 KN sedangkan untuk sistem perancah P121 memiliki hasil beban sebesar 348.84 KN. Sesuai syarat perencanaan struktur load resistance factor design bahwa nilai Ru ≤ ɸRn, maka sistem perancah P121 lah yang memenuhi atau dengan kata lain sistem perancah P121 lebih baik dibandingkan perancah P101/This research discusses the scaffold system on the Bogor Outer Ring Road Project where the main contractor is PT PP (Persero) Tbk. In the project, two similar scaffolding systems were found in the P101 and P121 scaffolding systems. Both scaffolding systems are the same based but there are slight differences in connector details between structural elements. This research is based on the failure of construction on scaffold structures in the project. Therefore, in order to avoid the failure of construction due to scaffold structure, then from both scaffold model carried out evaluation will be selected the best scaffold system. The strategy to evaluate the two scaffolding systems is by doing a replanning. From the re-planning, obtained the load and capacity results that refer to the existing regulations. The result of the scaffold capacity (ɸRn) obtained by 545.80 KN. The result of the load distribution (Ru) of the P101 scaffolding system is 782.74 KN whereas for the scaffolding system P121 has a load result of 348.84 KN. In accordance with the requirements of planning the structure of load resistance factor design that the value of Ru ≤ ɸRn, the scaffold system P121 that satisfies or in other words the scaffolding system P121 better than the P101 scaffold.
