In this modern era, technology and the internet is growing rapidly and YouTube has become one of its media. Seeing on YouTube has Creative Commons licensing arrangements while there are still many people who misuse the work of other creators and are used for personal interests and get royalties, making writers do more in-depth research on the regulation and understanding of YouTuber Indonesia regarding Creative Commons License arrangements on YouTube social media. The research that the author uses is normative research with a conceptual approach. This research aims to look at Creative Commons licensing arrangements on the YouTube site. In this research, there is a deep explanation about Creative Commons License that can educate the readers. YouTube has a standard YouTube license and a Creative Commons License. Creative Commons license users can use the work for free and do not need to ask permission from the creator and make changes by the applicable license. Very minimum of Indonesian YouTuber uses the Creative Commons License in its YouTube video and the results of the questionnaire prove that the knowledge of the 50 correspondents about the Creative Commons License is lacking
