Abstract

Kepuasan Kerja menjadi salah satu faktor pendorong keberhasilan sebuah organisasi dalam mewujudkan cita-cita dan tujuan. Suasana kerja yang sangat kondusif, faktor kepemimpinan dan cara pempimpin mengambil keputusan menjadi strategi penting bagi organisasi dalam pengembangan kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah agar guru dengan senang hati dan selalu siap sedia membantu tugas Kepala Sekolah dalam mencapai tujuan. Penelitian Jasimah et al. (2013) mengungkapkan bahwa terdapat beberapa variabel yang berhubungan langsung maupun tidak langsung dengan kepuasan kerja guru, yaitu: Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Gaya Pengambilan Keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara gaya kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, gaya pengambilan keputusan Kepala Sekolah dengan kepuasan kerja Guru Sekolah Menengah Tingkat Atas Tarakanita Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei, dari 65 responden yang berprofesi sebagai guru. Tanggapan dianalisis dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS versi 3.2.7. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Gaya Pengambilan Keputusan Kepala Sekolah secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Guru. Gaya pengambilan keputusan Kepala sekolah memainkan peranan penting sebagai mediasi atau pengaruh tidak langsung antara gaya kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah terhadap kepuasan kerja Guru. / Job Satisfaction is one of the factors driving the success of an organization in realizing its goals and objectives. A very conducive working atmosphere, leadership factors and the way leaders take decisions become an important strategy for the organization in developing the Principal's leadership so that teachers are happy and always ready to assist the Principal's task in achieving goals. Research Jasimah et al. (2013) revealed that there are several variables that are directly or indirectly related to teacher job satisfaction, namely: Leadership Style and Decision Making Style. This study aims to analyze the influence of the Principal's leadership style, Principal's decision-making style and job satisfaction of Tarakanita High School Teachers in Jakarta. The research method used was a survey method of 65 respondents who work as teachers. Responses were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method using the SmartPLS application version 3.2.7. The results showed that the Principal's Leadership Style and Principal's Decision Making Style directly influenced Teacher Job Satisfaction. The principal's decision-making style plays an important role as a mediator or indirect effect between the principal's leadership style on the teacher's job satisfaction
