Abstract

Depresi pasca-persalinan (DPP) adalah episode depresi yang memiliki onset serangan gejala mood pada saat kehamilan atau dalam empat minggu setelah persalinan. Menurut studi nasional di Indonesia, prevalensi ibu dengan DPP adalah 2,32%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan risiko DPP dengan kurus, status gizi kurang, dan perawakan pendek pada bayi di daerah Tangerang, Banten./ Post-partum depression (PPD) is a depressive episode that has an onset attack on mood symptoms during pregnancy or within four weeks after childbirth. According to national studies in Indonesia, the prevalence of mothers with PPD is 2.32%. The aim of this study was to know the relationship between risk of PPD and wasting, short stature, and underweight in infants in populations in Tangerang, Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode potong lintang (cross sectional). Target sampel adalah sebanyak 138 orang, yang merupakan ibu yang baru melahirkan dalam waktu satu tahun terakhir dan dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2019-Maret 2020. Hasil penelitian diolah dengan program SPSS 25,0 dan metode chi-square,dan uji korelasi bivariat./ This study uses a cross sectional method and has target sample of 138 peoples, which is mother who gave birth within the last one year. Samples were chosen using the purposive sampling technique. Data retrieval were conducted in December 2019-March 2020. The data received are processed using SPSS 25.0 program with chi-square method and bivariate correlation. Dari total 98 sampel yang terkumpul, ditemukan bahwa risiko DPP tidak berhubungan dengan berat badan bayi berdasarkan umur, panjang badan bayi berdasarkan umur, dan berat badan bayi berdasarkan panjang badan berdasarkan hasil uji chi-square dan uji korelasi pearson. Jumlah akhir sampel kurang dari target sampel karena kegiatan pengumpulan data yang terganggu akibat pandemi COVID-19 pada pertengahan bulan Maret di Indonesia./ From the total of 98 samples, we found that risk of PPD was not associated with body weight based on age, body length based on age, and body weight based on body length. This association is not significant based on chi square test and Preason correlation test result. The final sample size is less than the sample target due to data retrieval was disrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic in mid-March in Indonesia. Ditemukan tidak adanya hubungan antara risiko DPP dan BB/U, PB/U, serta BB/PB. Selain itu, ditemukan adanya korelasi lemah yang bersifat negatif namun juga tidak signifikan antara risiko DPP dengan BB atau PB bayi./ There was no relationship found between risk of PPD and body weight based on age, body length based on age, and body weight and body length. In addition, there was weak negative correlation but was not significant between PPD with body weight and body length.
