Abstract
A development era, demands the society to be more modern and dynamic so it can lead the entire society to a fast and practical way of life and lifestyle. If people are misguided in a consumptive lifestyle, they will not hesitate to take the "shortcut" to achieve what they needs. some of the criminal acts committed is the crime of letter forgery, embezzlement and fraud, often in certain cases they considerably committed the falsification of letter. In this case, abuse of trust and position is the most dominant as the main element of the crime. The crime is a form of crime that begins with a sense of trust in others, and the trust is lost because of the weakness of an honesty, and tempted to do the opportunity because of the position or power that exists. Criminal acts relating to property and causing material losses are set out in Book II of the Criminal Code (Penal Code). The criminal act of embezzlement and fraud are two examples of the most frequent crimes that can occur in all sectors and even from various layer of society, neither from the lower layers to the upper levels of society can commit these crimes. the most important thing as a preventive action is to avoid as much as possible a sense of dissatisfaction that is in the mind, because with a great sense of gratitude everyone can prevent and keeping the society far from examples of crimes as mentioned above.
