PT. Radio Mutiara Mandiri Buana Swara (Radio City 95.9 FM) is a company engaged in the field of radio broadcasting, which was first established in 2005. The first generationowner of the company is Mr. Tongariodjo Angkasa.Since 2015, they start to pass the business to their second generation which is the owner son, Mr. Fergus Angkasa.This research is a qualitative and explorative case study research method. To gain data to be analyzed to answer the research problem obtained from interview and observation directly to the company. Data were analyzed by using descriptive and deductive method. In the past, their finance, event & promotion, program event, sales and technology were not doing so well compared to today where it is getting better because they now hire a consultant from Jakarta with a new system to also keeping up with the new technology and trends. In the contrary, their Human resource was better in the past because they are not using a familial system anymore. In fact, each department perspective from past to future is different and related for the company succession.
