Penelitian ini membahas kasus kekerasan terhadap anak yang terjadi di lingkungan keluarga dengan pelaku ayah dan ibu. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian Yuridis Normatif dimana pengolahan bahan hukum dilakukan secara studi pustaka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah tindak kekerasan terhadap anak melalui Undang-Undang yang tepat untuk diterapkan pada orang tua yang telah melakukan kekerasan berupa memaksa anak untuk mengemis yaitu Pasal 88 Jo. Pasal 77 UU No.35 Tahun 2014 tentang Perlindungan Anak dan Pasal 44 Ayat (1) Undang Undang Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga. Orang Tua dalam kasus ini telah mengabaikan perolehan hak-hak seorang anak (MI). Prinsip perlindungan anak bertujuan untuk menjamin terpenuhinya hak-hak anak agar dapat hidup, tumbuh, berkembang, dan berpartisipasi secara optimal sesuai dengan harkat dan martabat kemanusiaan, serta mendapat perlindungan dari kekerasan dan diskriminasi, demi terwujudnya anak Indonesia yang berkualitas, berakhlak mulia, dan sejahtera. Namun, kedua pelaku, sebagai pihak yang seharusnya memberikan perlindungan terhadap korban, malah melakukan kekerasan dengan memaksa anak untuk mengemis / This study discusses cases of violence against children that occur in the family environment with the perpetrators of father and mother. This research uses the juridical normative research type where the processing of legal materials is carried out by means of a literature study. This study aims to examine acts of violence against children through appropriate laws to apply to parents who have committed violence in the form of forcing children to beg, namely Article 88 Jo. Article 77 of Law No.35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection and Article 44 Paragraph (1) of the Law on Domestic Violence. Parents in this case have neglected the acquisition of the rights of a child (MI). The principle of child protection aims to ensure the fulfillment of children's rights so that they can live, grow, develop and participate optimally in accordance with human dignity and protection from violence and discrimination, for the realization of Indonesian children with quality, noble character, and prosperity. . However, the two perpetrators, as the parties who should provide protection for the victim, instead resorted to violence by forcing children to beg in the public space.
