Abstract

Sindrom koroner akut merupakan masalah jantung yang sering terjadi di masyarakat. Untuk itu, tatalaksana terbaik untuk SKA harus dapat diterapkan, yakni intervensi koroner perkutan (percutaneous coronary intervention/ PCI). Tatalaksana yang baik akan berdampak pada prognosis pasien dan masa rawat inap. Adanya dugaan semakin cepat dilaksanakan intervensi koroner perkutan maka komplikasi akan semakin ringan sehingga masa rawat inap menjadi singkat. Sebab, masa rawat inap berkepanjangan merupakan beban biaya untuk fasilitas layanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kesesuaian waktu pelaksanaan intervensi koroner perkutan dengan masa rawat inap pada sindrom koroner akut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analitik komparatif kategorik tidak berpasangan pada 74 dari 126 sampel pasien sindrom koroner akut yang memenuhi kriteria. Dari hasil analisis dengan uji t-tes, tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara kesesuaian waktu pelaksanaan intervensi koroner perkutan dengan lama masa rawat inap, baik pada STEMI maupun Non- STE ACS, dengan p- value 0,833. Tidak didapatkan hubungan yang signifikan antara kesesuaian waktu pelaksaanan intervensi koroner perkutan dengan masa rawat inap pada sindrom koroner akut./ Acute coronary syndrome is a cardiac problem that often occurs in the community. For this reason, the best management for ACS must be applicable, namely percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Legitimate management will have an impact on the patient's prognosis and length of stay. It is suspected that the faster the percutaneous coronary intervention is carried out, the more minor complications will be so that the short length of stay. Because, a long period of hospitalisation is a cost burden for health care facilities. This study was conducted to determine the relationship between appropriateness on timing of implementation of percutaneous coronary intervention and length of stay in acute coronary syndrome. This study uses an unpaired comparative categorical analytic method in 74 out of 126 samples of acute coronary syndrome patients who meet the criteria. Based on t-test analysis, it was found that the results were insignificant between the relation of appropriateness on timing of implementation of percutaneous coronary intervention and length of stay in acute coronary syndrome with p-value 0.833. The relationship between appropriateness on timing of implementation of percutaneous coronary intervention and length of stay in acute coronary syndrome is insignificant.
