Employees play an important role in sustainability of the business. The company’s success depends on the employees' performance. The objective of this study is to know the impacts of corporate social responsibility on employee’s performance at PT Wira Baja Medan The methods used by the writer in this research is descriptive method and correlational method. Data used in this research is primary data and secondary data. Data analysis methods used in this research are descriptive statistic, validity test, reliability test, normality test, coefficient of correlation, coefficient of determination, linear regression analysis and Z test Based on research result, the conclusion of this research is that corporate social responsibility has an impact on employee performance at PT Wira Baja. Based on determination test, it shows that the corporate social responsibility can give an impact on employee performance in amount of 74.3% while the remaining in 25.7% is influenced by other variable. Based on Z test, it shows that corporatesocial responsibility can give significant impact on employee performance. The linear regression equation is Y = 5.704 + 0.882 X. It means that the employee performance (Y) can increase in amount of 0.882 unit if there is increasing of corporate social responsibility (X) in amount of 1 unit. Based on Z test, it can be known that Z-count > Z-table (9.08 > 1.96). The entrepreneur needs to improve the corporate social responsibility in order to increase the employee performance.
