Abstract

The current study is undertaken for the purpose of investigating the impact of improvement programs towards employee performance in PT. Menara Mas Mega Mandiri in Medan. The study established the influence of the effective programs towards the employee value through a quality improvement and productivity improvement programs. The more objective the improvement programs are for creating for the better value of employees in order to increase overall performance of the organization. The research method uses a quantitative method to determine the relationship between improvement programs and employee performance. Based on Linear regression analysis, it can be obtained linear regressionequation that is Y = 8.959 + 0.665X. It means that the increasing of improvement programs in 1 unit can increase employee performance in 0.665 units. The coefficient of determination is 0.437, which means 43.7% of employee performance is affected by improvement programs. The coefficient of correlation is 0.661. Thus, there is a positive relationship between improvement program and employee performance. Based on the results of the research, it is an evident that the improvement program has a significant positive influence on employee performance simultaneously in PT. Menara Mas Mega Mandiri.
