Immigration is a regulation about the traffic of the foreign visitor who is trying to visit Indonesia also for the Indonesian people as well who is trying to visit other countries. One of Immigration’s duty is to regulate and surveil, especially foreigner, this include for the foreigner who has limited stay permits. Unfortunately, not every foreigner obey the rules that apply to them even they abuse the regulation itself, especially in the region of Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I. The regulation and surveillance in the Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus Jakarta Selatan are already corresponding accordingly to the applicable law. However, on practice there are still some obstacles. Not only obstacles, but there are still foreigners who committed to abuse the limited stay permits, although the result that obtained from the interview shows deflation.
