Entrepreneurship in the company’s processes requires innovation to operate well. Entrepreneurial orientation helps an organization in attaining the superior organizational performance and sustainable competitive advantage. The objective of this study is to know the impacts of entrepreneurial orientation on business performance at computer stores in Medan. The methods used by the writer in this research are descriptive method and correlational method. Data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis methods used in this research include descriptive statistic, validity test, reliability test, normality test, coefficient of correlation, coefficient of determination, linear regression analysis and Z test Based on research results, the conclusion of this research is that entrepreneurial orientation has significant impact on business performance of computer store in Medan. Zcount (4.92) is higher than Ztable (1.96). Coefficient of correlation is 0.844. It means that there is a strong and positive relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and business performance of computer store in Medan. Coefficient of determination is 71.3%. It means that 71.3% of business performance can be explained by entrepreneurial orientation while the remaining in 28.7% is explained by other factors. The linear regression equation is Y = 6.396 + 0.769X. It shows that increasing by 1-unit on entrepreneurial orientation can increase business performance by 0.769 unit.
