Copyrights is a part of intellectual property rights that give legal protection instead music work also give regulation to the users. The purpose of this research is to find legal protection for the creator or the copyrights holder by song or their music. This research is a normative type research with legislation approach and conceptual. From the discussion the writer conclude that: 1.
