One of the most important things in the business world is how business can grow on an ongoing basis. It can’t be denied that humans live in digital era where all aspects of life are related to technology, especially in doing business. Technology is a form of process that adds value. The running process can use or produce a particular product, where the final product does not separate from other existing products. An effective application of technology is positively associated with startup growth. This research attempts to identify how the application of technology helps the Otten Coffee grows their business, and therefore, this research seeks to analyze how significant the contribution of technology in growing the business is. This research employs a qualitative approach with descriptive research questions. Upon completion of analysis, it is revealed that technology has a significant role in affecting the growth of startup, which implies that it is applicable in reality. In fact, technology has a positive effect towards the growth of startup. The findings present valuable insights that are expected to benefit several parties in both theoretical and practical contexts. Theoretically, this research provides preliminary findings for future research in similar topic. In practice, this research encourages businesses to keep up with the newest technology and apply them to the business for them to grow even bigger.
