Wellington Intelligence School is an international standard school which has been operating since 2013. Located at Komplek Cemara Asri,Medan, it is found that aside from Wellington Intelligence School, there are also several number of education industries which attempt to acquire as many students as what the essential customer of Wellington Intelligence School is. As a result of this tight competition, further corrective actions should be done in order to outsmart other competitors. In fact, not only are the competitors originated from Komplek Cemara Asri, but these may also be from other areas. Therefore, it is necessary to come up with several entrepreneurial strategies in order to maintain competitive advantage and growth throughout this industry, and one of them may actually refers to innovation. The purpose of this research is to reveal whether innovation may influence the growth of Wellington Intelligence School, and this growth typically refers to the increasing number of students, as business growth is considered as the key determinant in ensuring business survival through strong competition. Through this research, where further data obtained are then taken into decent calculations, it is generalized that the importance of innovative approach brings impact on the increasing number of students in Wellington Intelligence School
