The writer determines problem limitation on the leader of the company and focus on employee’s job satisfaction in which the leadership styles will be the independent variable and job satisfaction will be the dependent variable in CV Saturn Perkasa Abadi Medan. The objective of this study are to know whether there is an impact of leadership style on job satisfaction at CV Saturn Perkasa Abadi Medan. As this research paper will be using leadership style as its independent variable, there are 6 indicators which will be defined as follows: Motivation, Communication, Interaction, Decision Making, Goals, and Controlling. On the other hand, the dependent variabe is job satisfaction which will have 5 indicators which are: Pay, Promotion, Supervision, Work itself, and Work Condition. The type of research used in the research is the descriptive method and correlational method. The population in this research are 167 employees of CV Saturn Perkasa Abadi Medan and sample in this research are 118 employees with used the Slovin formula. Technique of data analysis is by using Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient Determination and Z test. From the result and analysis in the company, a conclusion can be drawn that there is an impact of leadership style toward job satisfaction in CV Saturn Perkasa Abadi Medan. From correlation test, there is a strong positive relationship between leadership style and job satisfaction in CV Saturn Perkasa Abadi Medan. Therefore, the leader must present the long-term goals and vision for the team that will challenge each member, and get the team to become committed to achieve those goals.
