Entrepreneurial Leadership is concerned with building up long-term reciprocal relationships along the value chain of an organisation. Entrepreneurs play leadership role at ensuring the success of their business which is important in the today’s society as it ensures sustainability of businesses. The objective of this study is to know whether there is an impact of entrepreneurial leadership on business performance of PT Baja Agung Medan. Research design used is quantitative method. Data used in this research is primary data and secondary data. Data analysis methods used in this research are descriptive statistic, validity test, reliability test, normality test, coefficient of correlation, coefficient of determination, linear regression analysis and Z test Based on research result, the conclusion of this research is that entrepreneurial leadership has a significant impact on business performance of PT Baja Agung Medan. It can be seen from hypothesis test that Zcount (8.76) is higher than Ztable (1.96). The result of test in coefficient of determination (R2) shows that the value of coefficient of determination is 63.5%. It means that 63.5% of business performance can be explained by entrepreneurial leadership while the remaining in 36.5% is explained by other factors that isn’t included in the research model.
