Being an entrepreneur is one of the career path that most people would like to choose. Its activities involve setting and maintain a business generally with your own idea. Nevertheless, several challenges might be encountered to become entrepreneur. Thereby, Family play an important roles in order to nurture the entrepreneurial spirit towards individual. It is the first environment that can influence the individual’s career choices. The objective of this study is to explore the factor of entrepreneurial spirit from family background among undergraduate students. By elaborating factors from family background, this study will investigate the relationship between entrepreneurship background of family towards students to become entrepreneur. This study also aims to determine which support from the family that significantly influence the entrepreneurial spirit of student. Findings of this study revealed that, there is a positive association between entrepreneurship background of family towards student to become entrepreneur. Through the findings of the survey, it shows that majority of the student are inspired to become entrepreneur from their entrepreneurial family members, and their financial circumstances as well as since they have working experience in the family business.
